Introduction to diving in a tube is only for beginners and lasts one hour. Everyone over 10 years of age and with no health contraindications may try their hand at diving in full equipment under the instructor’s supervision. Training begins with theory and diving in the sport pool at a depth of 180 cm. Thanks to this, beginning divers can gradually become accustomed to being under water. After diving in the sport pool, the next step is the 7 meters deep tube. Once a sense of confidence is acquired, divers can try out many fun activities, such as swimming between obstacles or playing underwater games like tic-tac-toe, cards or puzzles.
